Business Analyst Job Description:-
● Performs high level and detailed requirements gathering and analysis to provide high quality requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community.
● Detail oriented for creation of documentations such as BRDs and FRDs for the product.
● Well versed in breaking down the requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria effectively.
● Responsible for overall quality of solution requirements matching to business expectations / needs.
● Create prototypes and simulations to provide an accurate, graphical user interface representation of data, thereby facilitating successful solution needs definition.
● Participate in joint analysis and design sessions to understand the needs of the customer.
● Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business data requirements and customer needs.
● Good presentation skills with ability to provide frequent Demo to various stakeholders.
● Collaborate with Global IT Solutions functional groups by adhering to established processes to ensure that business data requirements are delivered through successful project implementation of optimal, cost-effective solutions.
● Actively work with the development team to ensure the overall successful delivery of the product to market.
Key Skills:
Communication, wireframing, user stories, creating BRD(Business Requirement Document) and FRD(Functional Requirements Document)
