In the contemporary travel landscape, the voice of authentic travelers holds immense sway over the choices of fellow wanderers. Recognizing this influence, TripShifu, a visionary travel platform, embarked on a mission to democratize travel promotion by empowering individual travelers to become influencers in their own right. As the lead product manager, I led the conceptualization and development of TripShifu, a unique website where travelers can curate and promote personalized travel packages to their peers, earning commissions for each successful booking.
